Doug Wade

Doug Wade was born in 1966 and grew up on the west side of Los Angeles. He obtained an undergraduate degree from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville New York in 1988 and was the Managing Editor of the college newspaper.

Thereafter, he attended Pembroke College, Oxford University receiving a B.A. and M.A. in Jurisprudence in 1990. He also attended the University of San Diego School of Law receiving a Master of Laws Degree in Business and Corporate Law in 1992 and a Master of Laws Degree in Labor/Employment Law and International/Comparative Law in 1993.

Doug represents California businesses of all sizes as to their employment and business needs. Employment issues include wage & hour issues, discrimination, harassment, employee handbooks, employment forms and agreements; and business issues include breach of contract disputes, theft of trade secrets and unfair competition claims. He also provides training and seminars on current issues of employment law, including the importance of a good job description and good employee documentation.
