Our History

John McKasson and Neil Klein formed the firm in October of 1998, after working together as co-counsel on a case against a foreign government. They enjoyed working together and decided to join forces.

McKasson Klein has grown to include other lawyers and paralegal staff, most of whom have lived in foreign countries and speak a second language.
