Most businesses have some type of intellectual property as an asset that requires protection, whether it be a trademark, tradename, trade dress or copyright. We believe it is important to protect those assets.

We defend intellectual property actions brought against our clients. We also assist our clients in the enforcement and protection of their trademarks and copyrights, either through negotiation and preparation of licensing and distribution agreements, cease and desist demands, or via litigation, including injunctive relief.
