Most of the lawyers in the firm are trained in maritime law and several are members of the Maritime Law Association.

Being near the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach allows our firm to act quickly in the event of a vessel arrest or attachment. And at least one lawyer in the firm can always be contacted by telephone at any time - day or night.

The firm has experience in maritime, customs and intermodal transport. This includes maritime liens, breach of maritime contracts, bunker disputes, as well as cargo damage and theft claims. And we defend personal injury, collisions, products liability & navigation claims.
