Protecting Ideas and Business Interests

Most businesses have some type of intellectual property as an asset that requires protection, whether it be a trademark, tradename, trade dress or copyright. Unfortunately, theft of trademarks by unscrupulous competitors is all too common and clients need to be vigilant.

We believe it is important to protect those assets by registering them with the USPTO and with other protocols around the world, in specific countries where the client may be doing business.

We do trademark and tradename filings.

We also assist our clients in the enforcement and protection of their trademarks and copyrights, either through negotiation and preparation of licensing and distribution agreements, cease & desist letters, or by litigation, including injunctive relief.
